The Wrist Drop Orthosis with Universal Cuff holds the hand in extension while assisting with daily functions. Made of lightweight, yet durable Kydex® plastic, the splint can be heat molded for patient customization and positioning. The Wrist Drop Orthosis was designed to hold the hand in extension to support a weak or flaccid wrist. The Universal Cuff, sewn into the palmar strap of the brace, accommodates eating utensils and writing instruments, assisting with daily functions. The removable, washable foam liner wicks away perspiration and moisture from the skin. The Wrist Drop Orthosis is comfortable enough to be worn for extended periods of time.
