The Alpha SmartTemp Liner featuring Outlast® combines silicone with the heat management technology of Outlast®. The Alpha SmartTemp Liner uses one-way stretch Select fabric that controls pistoning without using a distal matrix. The Select fabric allows for circumferential stretch making it easy to don. The cushion liner is ideal for use with elevated vacuum suspension.
- Delays the onset of sweat & reduces chafing
- Uses Outlast® technology – originally developed for NASA – to help maintain a comfortable residual limb skin temperature
- Retrofits with Alpha Liners having the Progressive profile: 2.5 mm thickness behind the knee & extra cushioning distally and over the tibial crest
- Retrofits with Alpha Liners having a 6 mm Uniform profile
